About Me

I was inspired, and it encouraged me to be an entrepreneur and launch a Wealth Planning Business from the basement of my home with a “Clear Mission” to “Help people like us to achieve the American dream for a better tomorrow – one person at a time!” I successfully ran this business and created several million-dollar equity, while earning many accolades and top honors. We have been a role model for our two accomplished children, Harpreet and Anjuli. We are blessed with five wonderful grandchildren, Kiran, Lola, Arjan, Jaydyn, and Samira. This helped me create a legacy when our son, Harpreet Mangat, took over the business, White Knight Strategy Wealth Advisors (www.wkswa.com). It allowed me to share my wisdom and knowledge with other hungry entrepreneurs, to coach and consult them in overcoming the challenges starting from the startup stage to all four stages of running a successful business. I was cited as one of the successful business consultants by the organization I represented. Owning and managing my own business helped me have the freedom to do what I want to do and when I want to do – “living the dream”. My experiences have also helped me become a world traveler, exploring the world’s most beautiful destinations and cultures. I also have a passion for golf and writing a book in my free time.

Reflecting on my semi-retirement, through self-discovery, I explored my happiness. I found that the thrill lies in my burning desire to share my success, experience, and wisdom to help others who seek to maximize their work-life potential to enjoy life satisfaction. As an alumnus of Rutgers Business School – Newark, NJ, I offer my services as a mentor to the school to help students who are open to further exploring their career options for a brighter future. Over the past six years, I have successfully mentored business students at Rutgers University.

I created the Career eXploration Journey -CxJ©. Each of these students engaged in the Career eXploration Journey (CxJ©): “Know yourself, Accept yourself, Be your Authentic self, and Invest in yourself and others”. Combined with leveraging the CxJ© Assessment tools, these lessons enable students to search out a wider range of career options.

CxJ© has resulted in successful personal and professional alignments with their “life purpose” and, in many cases, led them to a more fulfilling career.

This program applies to people of all ages. It is because career and life fulfillment satisfaction challenge us all at many stages of our lives.
