About Me

For over two decades, I have been highly successful as a Private Wealth Advisor and an award-winning, empathetic Business coach and consultant, helping individuals/teams to self-discover their Authentic selves for a better tomorrow. I am enjoying a fulfilling semi-retirement – “living the dream”.

I believe learning is a life journey, and I hired a coach to guide me through turbulent changes in the global economy and its impact on human behavior. I married my beautiful wife, Parmi Mangat, with an engineering degree and $8 in my pocket. We permanently migrated to the USA and landed at JFK, and we were not sure who would pick us up. While we both worked full-time time I graduated with an MS and later an MBA from Rutgers Business School, Newark, NJ. With this Education, I was inspired, and it encouraged me to be an entrepreneur and launch a Wealth Planning Business from the basement of my home with a “Clear Mission” to “Helping people like us to achieve the dreams for a better tomorrow – one person at a time!” I successfully ran this business and created several million-dollar equity well over two decades while earning many accolades and top honors. It helped me create a legacy when our son Harpreet Mangat took over running this business, White Knight Strategy Wealth Advisors. It allowed me to share my wisdom and knowledge with budding entrepreneurs, to coach and consult them in overcoming the challenges starting from the startup stage to all four stages of running a successful business. I was cited as one of the successful business consultants by the organization I represented.
Owning my own business helped me have the freedom to do what I want to do and when I want to do – living the dream. It helped me to become a world traveler and travel to the world’s most beautiful destinations and cultures. Ever since, I have been enjoying golf and writing a book in my spare time.
We have been a role model for our two successful children, Harpreet and Anjuli. We are blessed with five wonderful children, Kiran, Lola, Arjan, Jaydyn, and Samira.
Reflecting on my semi-retirement, through self-discovery, I explored my happiness and thrill in my burning desire to share my success, experience, and wisdom to help others who seek to fulfill their work-life potentials. I contacted my alma mater, Rutgers Business School – Newark, NJ, and offered my services as a mentor to the school to
help those students who were eager to better their careers for a better tomorrow. Over the past five years, I have been successfully mentoring business students at Rutgers Business School- my alma mater.
